I am a freelance
photographer based in Jackson, TN, primarily serving West and Middle
Tennessee, but available for any destination the clients needs.
My
photographic career began as a hobby while I held a variety of managerial
positions in manufacturing for the Procter & Gamble Co. over a 23 yr.
career. As my passion for photography grew, I decided to make a
profession of it. So, to initiate my career change I attended the
Hallmark Institute of Photography, graduating June, 2002.
I
enjoy creating a wide variety of images: headshots, occupational
portraits, products, fashion, architecture, travel, scenic, group, etc.
I speak both English and Spanish, which increases the variety of
situations in which I can work.
My
work was featured in the books Jackson Area Community: Portrait of Progress and Proud to Call Mississippi Home published by Image Publishing in 2005
and 2006 respectively. It has also been
exhibited at the McWherter Cultural Arts Center, Jackson, TN; the
Tennessee Valley Art Center in Tuscumbia, AL, and the Photographic
Resource Center's Student Exhibition at Boston University, MA. |
